Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 9th, 2023

Buyers must not make unjustified requests for a refund regarding any Buyer/Seller Transaction or a tip to a Seller. If a Buyer is unhappy with a Buyer/Seller Transaction, the Buyer should inform the applicable Seller. If there is a technical error on the Website, getmyfeet.com will work with the Buyer to resolve it. getmyfeet.com may approve a refund in the form of a credit on request if exceptional circumstances exist.

If you believe exceptional circumstances exist for a refund, please contact us at support@getmyfeet.com and explain the circumstances you believe merit a refund. getmyfeet.com is not making any promise that it will grant a refund. If a refund is issued at our sole discretion, it will be credited to the payment method you used for that payment. Refunds will not be issued in the form of cash, check, or free services.

The provision of a refund in one instance does not entitle you to a refund in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate getmyfeet.com to issue refunds in the future under any circumstance. If getmyfeet.com considers any refund request was made in bad faith, we may suspend or terminate your account or any future account you create.
