Terms of Service Agreement
This agreement is made between you and GMF Intraweb LLC, doing business as GetMyFeet.com, a California-based corporation (“GetMyFeet,” “we,” or “us”). This document, along with any other documents incorporated by reference, collectively referred to as the “Agreement,” governs your access to and use of the website www.getmyfeet.com, including all content, features, and services offered on or through the site (“Website”), whether you are a guest or a registered user.
Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement outlines important information regarding your legal rights, obligations, and the conditions under which you may use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Agreement when this option is made available, you accept and agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Any changes to the dispute resolution provisions (Section 27: Governing Law and Jurisdiction and Section 28: Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration) will not apply to disputes for which the parties have actual notice before the changes are posted. You are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates, as they are binding on you.
Content Warning
You acknowledge that some materials on the Website contain adult content. You agree to consider this when choosing where and how to access these materials. We are not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer if you view adult content in violation of any agreements with third parties (such as employment contracts) or applicable laws. All user uploaded content is reviewed before publication.
Complaints/Content Removal Policy
1. Reporting of Violations
Users of Getmyfeet.com may report content that they believe is illegal or violates our Standards. Reports can be submitted through email support@getmyfeet.com
2. Review and Resolution
All reported complaints will be reviewed promptly, typically within seven business days from the date of receipt. We will acknowledge receipt of each complaint and inform the reporting party of the outcome of our review.
3. Review Process and Appeals
Upon receiving a complaint, we will conduct a thorough review to determine the validity of the claim. This may involve contacting the content provider and other relevant parties. If content is found to violate our Standards or applicable laws, it will be removed promptly.
If the content provider disagrees with the decision, they may appeal within 7 days by submitting additional information or evidence to support their case. Appeals will be reviewed by a neutral body, and their decision will be final.
4. Potential Outcomes
Following an investigation or review:
- Content may be removed if found to violate our Standards or applicable laws.
- No action may be taken if the content complies with our Standards and applicable laws.
- Legal authorities may be notified if content violates the law.
5. Appeal Procedure
Appeal policy:
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal to remove any such content, please contact us via email (place your email address here). If there should be a disagreement regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.”The appeal procedure allows content providers to challenge decisions regarding the removal of content. Appeals must be submitted in writing within 7 days and should include all relevant information and supporting documents. The neutral body will review the appeal and issue a final decision within 14 days.
6. Content Provider Agreements
If a third-party content provider uploads or generates content, they must have entered into a written agreement with us. This agreement prohibits illegal activities and ensures compliance with our Standards. Content providers must obtain and maintain written consent from all individuals depicted in the content, specifically regarding:
- Consent to be depicted in the content.
- Consent for public distribution and uploading of the content to our website.
- Consent for downloading by other users if applicable.
Additionally, content providers must verify the identity and age of all depicted individuals to ensure they are adults. Supporting documents for verification must be available upon request.
Parental Control Notification
In compliance with 47 U.S.C. § 230(d), we inform you that commercially available parental control protections can assist in limiting access to material harmful to minors. Information on these protections can be found online by searching for terms like “parental control protection.”
Prohibited Content and Activities
We strictly prohibit content involving minors on the Website and allow only visual media depicting consenting adults. If you encounter any visual media depicting minors or otherwise exploitative content, please report it immediately to support@getmyfeet.com with all relevant details, including date and time. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including cooperating with law enforcement agencies. Additionally, the Website prohibits using its services for prostitution, sex trafficking, or related activities, including sharing personal contact information or arranging in-person meetings. Any such activity should be reported to us for immediate investigation and action, including account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
SEXUAL INTERCOURSE IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANYWAY AND WILL RESULT IN A BAN AND FORFEITURE OF ANY MONEY OWED ARISNIG FROM THIS TYPE OF CONTENT.
Access and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part of it at our discretion, with or without notice. We are not liable if any part of the Website is unavailable at any time. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary arrangements to access the Website and its content.
Account Management

User Contributions must comply with all applicable laws and should not include illegal activities, defamatory content, or other prohibited material. The standards prohibit content that is violent, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe any material on the Website infringes your copyright, please follow our DMCA Policy to submit a notice of infringement. We respond appropriately to valid claims and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, USA, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Website.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Website will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of Arbitration Resolution Services, Inc. (ARS), or a similar provider if ARS is not available. The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GetMyFeet regarding your use of the Website and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
